FIFA’s letter was signed by its deputy secretary

governing body, FIFA, has ordered the Nigeria
Football Federation, NFF, to reinstate the
impeached President of the federation, Aminu
Maigari. Mr. Maigari was sacked by the board of
the NFF last month.
Two other board members of the NFF, Chris Green
and Ahmed Fresh, were also suspended by the
board. In a letter dated August 14 and addressed to
the NFF General Secretary, Musa Amadu, FIFA said
the suspended board members must not only be
returned to the office, but must coordinate the
forthcoming elections.
