Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will not be sacked during and after the International break. Naijaloaded reports.
Naijaloaded understands that owner Roman Abramovich is not looking to replace Mourinho now due to lack of viable replacements.
Pep Guardiola and Diego Simeone, the two top candidates linked with the job are all not available till the end of the football calendar next year.
Earlier, Abramovich backed the under-fire Mourinho with an unprecedented vote of confidence in October, however, subsequent results have not improved and Chelsea are 3 points closer to the relegation danger zone.
Mourinho has been at the center of controversies this season, though most are of his own doing.
The Portuguese was absent from Chelsea’s last game at the Britannia stadium, as he was serving a one-match stadium ban for protesting to referee Jon Moss at halftime in the game at Upton Park that saw Andy Carroll score the winner for West Ham.
