rumors on June 8 when they enjoyed dinner at
Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Ca. Although they
seem like an unlikely pair, Rihanna was featured on
Coldplay’s 2012 hit, “Princess of China.” Now that
both Rihanna and Chris are single, is it possible
they’re dating? Well, a source close to Rihanna
tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY what’s really
going on between these two singers!
Chris Martin & Rihanna Dating?
Chris isn’t normally the type of man we would
expect to see Rihanna out to dinner with. Drake or
Chris Brown ? Yes, we would expect it. Could she
be trading in the rappers for the rockers?
Well, maybe not. A source close to Rihanna told us
EXCLUSIVELY that there is nothing going on
romantically between her and Chris.
“Chris is nice, a real great guy who makes her
laugh but in no way are they doing anything other
than talking business and music,” reveals the
source. “That’s it and that’s what they were
discussing.”
We kind of had a feeling this was strictly business,
but at the same time, Rihanna and Chris would be
a cute couple!
In March, Chris separated from his wife of eleven
years, Gwyneth Paltrow and RiRi just recently split
from her on-again-off-again flame, Drake.
Chris Martin Isn’t Rihanna’s ‘Type’
Although Chris and Rihanna would be a musical
power-couple, our source insists their dinner was
strictly business.
“He’s cool and f****n awesome but he’s not
Rihanna’s type sexually or romantically. It was a
simple business dinner and afterward, they
bounced separately,” added our source.
Well, we can only hope that this business dinner is
the first step in a new collaboration between
Coldplay and Rihanna!
